Your house.
Your people. That's it.

No public listing. No search results. No strangers. Only the family and friends you personally invite can see your place. Remove anyone at any time.

Not a marketplace. Not even close.

Airbnb is built for strangers renting to strangers. It takes a cut of every booking, forces reviews, and turns your home into a product listing. Lope & Lark is for the opposite situation — people who already know each other, sharing a place they all care about.

Invite-only access

You decide who gets in. Send an invite link to your brother, your old university friend, your partner's parents. They create an account and see the house. Nobody else can find it, search for it, or stumble across it.

No fees on stays. Ever.

Airbnb charges hosts 3% and guests up to 14%. We charge £9/month flat — for the whole house, not per stay. Payments between you and your family happen however you want. Bank transfer, Revolut, cash. We track who owes what. We never touch the money.

Different roles, different access

Not everyone needs the same access. Some people manage the house with you. Others just need to book dates and read the house guide. Set permission roles — admin, manager, editor, member — and pricing roles to control what people pay.

Built for family, not commerce

No star ratings. No review prompts. No “Superhost” badges. No upselling. The relationship between you and the people using your house is personal — the tool should feel that way too.

Lope & Lark feels like a shared family space, not a transaction platform. Because that's what it is.
